Product Description
Double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) is a distinct RNA species with important biological and analytical relevance. Hairpin dsRNA is a single-stranded mRNA with a 70 bp stem-loop structure at 3’ end, and the loop consists of 100 poly(A). This RNA has a 5’ cap1 structure. This product is prepared with either N1-Me-Pseudo UTP or unmodified UTP. It can be used as dsRNA controls for analytical development.
